About

The Cinderella Project, founded in October 2012 by Paula Brooks and Hanna Marmalich, is an out reach program where we transform one deserving woman into her fantasy look for one day, then give her a free photographed modeling session.

We carefully choose women who have overcome life's obstacles and are persistent in staying triumphant and living life victoriously.
For some women their struggle continues after The Cinderella Project, but this one day gets them to focus on themselves, lay down their struggles for one day, and showcase their inner strength and beauty.

The recipient of The Cinderella Project receives a CD of all the images to look back on, along with the dress and shoes worn in the photo session.
The dress, shoes, and jewelry are all donated to us--including all hair, makeup, and photography services.

*We currently do not choose women who are active in drug or alcohol abuse or involved in anything illegal or are serving probation or doing community service.
These women must be clean of drugs and alcohol and making strides to leave that lifestyle and better themselves.*

This project is not limited to women with a criminal past.

We believe every woman has an inner Cinderella of grace, beauty, and unspeakable strength to overcome life's obstacles---whether by faith, family, or sheer determination.
It is our dream to give every hard working and deserving woman a day to let her inner Cinderella come out and shine....as well as a place where she can share her story of triumph as encouragement for others facing hard times.
